Summer is the season of slowing down, savoring simple pleasures, and finding little ways to stay cool. One of my favorite warm-weather drinks is hibiscus tea. Its vibrant ruby color, tart cranberry-like flavor, and endless customization options make it a perfect companion for sunny afternoons on the porch, garden walks, or backyard gatherings.
The beauty of hibiscus tea is that you can make it your own. Prefer it sweeter? Add honey or agave. Love citrus? Stir in fresh lime, lemon, or orange slices. Looking for a tropical twist? Mix in pineapple juice or garnish with fresh mango. A few sprigs of mint or basil can transform it into a refreshing herbal treat.
