Welcome to the Wonderful Wednesday Blog Hop, friends! I’m so happy you’re here. Can you believe we’re just two weeks away from Thanksgiving? Time is truly flying!
Life has been a whirlwind over here. Last Tuesday, we finally got the keys to our new home and began a little “soft move-in”—bringing over some of our things, along with lots of new furniture since we pretty much had to start from scratch. This week, we’ll be getting a delivery of what I’ve been calling our “emotional belongings”—the pieces that made it through the fire and hold so many memories. They were in storage with the recovery and restoring company, and it’s going to be a tender, bittersweet process, but one I’m deeply grateful for.
All in all, it looks like we’ll be settling in just in time for Thanksgiving week, and honestly, that feels like the biggest blessing of all.
