My goodness—time is truly a thief. I can’t believe we’re already halfway through December. Christmas will be here before we know it! We’ve been in full “move-in mode” since the week before Thanksgiving, and it has been nonstop. I’m mentally and physically exhausted, but also so grateful to finally be here.
This past weekend, I gave myself permission to do absolutely nothing. A little hibernation with Christmas movies, home-decor magazines, and Country Living was exactly what my soul needed. For the rest of the year, I’m hoping to slow down, be more present, and truly enjoy this season instead of rushing through it.
